#2: A Suggestion
This body of work is a threatening, fearful
and inhospitable reflection on our nature. It is an unsettling
representation of vulnerability and finding that, while we peel
back layers, the world reveals itself as a scary place. These
images question how we influence our space and those around
us in an attempt to achieve our own identity, searching for
distinctiveness yet discovering everything is ultimately fluid,
changing, disturbing and broken. |
